1. Information We Collect

RicherMind does not require account registration or login.

The app uses a device-based identifier to function properly. This identifier is the Apple Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), or a randomly generated identifier if unavailable. It is stored on the device and used to maintain app state and preferences.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location data, or contact information.

2. App Usage Data (Stored on Device)

RicherMind stores limited app interaction data locally on your device, including:

• Topics you follow
• Quotes you like
• Feed progress
• Onboarding selections
• Premium subscription status
• Journal entries (user-generated text with timestamps)
• Daily quote notification preferences (enabled/disabled status and selected time)

This data is associated only with the device identifier and is not used to personally identify you.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases.

RicherMind does not collect, store, or process payment information. Apple manages all payment data according to its own privacy and security policies.

Your premium subscription status and entitlements are managed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework.

4. Backend and Third-Party Services

RicherMind uses the following third-party services:

• Superwall for paywall and subscription management
• Apple services for in-app purchases and core app functionality

Apple may collect basic diagnostics and usage data as part of its system services, in accordance with Apple's privacy policies.

The app does NOT use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs for advertising or profiling.

We may add backend services (such as Supabase) in future versions for content delivery and enhanced features. As of this version, your quote and topic data remains stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.

These services process only the data required to perform their functions and are subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Local Notifications

RicherMind may schedule optional local notifications to deliver daily motivational quotes if you enable this feature. These notifications are scheduled using your device's local notification system and are not sent remotely.

You can enable or disable daily quote notifications and set your preferred notification time within the app settings. You can also manage all app notifications through your iOS settings.

RicherMind does not send remote push notifications.

6. Widgets

RicherMind includes an optional home screen widget that displays motivational quotes and selected topics.

The widget uses only data stored locally on your device and does not collect, transmit, or share any information externally.

You can add or remove the widget from your home screen at any time through iOS.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data. While no method of electronic storage is completely secure, we strive to protect your information using commercially acceptable means.

8. Children's Privacy

RicherMind is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided information through the app, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

10. Your Rights

RicherMind collects minimal device-level information (such as a device identifier) required for app functionality and uses Superwall for subscription management. We do not collect names, email addresses, contact information, or other traditional personal data, and we do not maintain user accounts.

All app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all RicherMind data by uninstalling the app from your device. This will permanently remove all locally stored preferences, liked quotes, and app settings.
